Nanae creates a very safe and comfortable environment during the consultation to take in my idea and build on top of it. Very proactive in letting me know the impact of particular treatments (e.g. bleach & damage..). When you walk into the salon you feel the irresistible coolness <3 Very happy with my hairdo, and I would definitely return!
